Every Tuesday beginning on October 24, Ayás Mén̓men (Child & Family Services) will be hosting “Culture Is Healing,” a wellness program designed for youth and young adults (age 14+) to learn about traditional Sḵwx̱wú7mesh ways that can take care of your spirit, mind, emotions, and body!
Join them to learn language, legends, drumming, singing, traditional medicine, ceremony, and teachings from Elders and cultural teachers in the community.
Ayás Mén̓men and various locations dependent on activity.
