Capilano Little Ones School offers an elementary school program that is based in Sḵwx̱wú7mesh ways of learning and being. The quality of education reflects and expresses our language and culture, which are inseparable in the teaching and learning process. Currently, Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6 is offered with expansion for Grade 7 in 2024/2025.
Xwmélch’tstn Etsímxwawtxw is moving towards becoming a full Sḵwx̱wú7mesh sníchim immersion school.

Housing Allocation Coming in 2025: Update Your Information Today
The Squamish Nation has updated its Housing Allocations Policy to enhance clarity, transparency, and consistency in managing the Housing List and making allocation decisions. This updated policy will guide the next housing allocation process, which includes up to 15 lots and homes. The new allocation is expected to take place in 2025, marking the first allocation in seven years.

Cultural Grants 2025
Applications now open! Grants are available to fund projects or host events that will benefit our Sḵwx̱wú7mesh community. Deadline to apply is February 21, 2025.
