- One name is drawn for each tag.
- Tags are non-transferable.
- You MUST have a valid Personal Acquisition License (PAL) to receive a tag.
- New this year: you must fill out the Hunter Questionnaire.
Please submit the online form to enter.
If you prefer, you can download a paper copy here and submit it in one of the following ways:
- Email: Natasha_Amos@squamish.net
- Fax: 604-982-0515, Attention Natasha Amos
- Drop off at Rights & Title Office, 415 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC
Each tag is allocated for specific Hunting Zones where safety and non-shooting areas must be respected at all times. Poaching continues to be a problem; we are all responsible to co-manage our elk populations in our homelands. All hunters must comply with compulsory inspection of harvested elk and failure to do so will result in ineligibility for future Squamish Nation elk draws.
For questions related to wildlife policy, elk hunting, PAL, hunting licensing and regulations, and access to territory areas, please contact the Elk Draw Administrator, Natasha Amos at Natasha_Amos@squamish.net or 604-982-0510.
