Culture is Healing
Ayás Mén̓men Wellness Team is offering Culture is Healing, a cultural wellness program for youth and young adults (15 to 25 years old) to learn about traditional Sḵwx̱wú7mesh ways that you can take care of your spirit, mind, emotions and body.
Sessions will be hands-on with some days being on the land.
Learn about traditional medicines, drumming, singing, storytelling and other teachings from Elders and cultural teachers in the community.
Wednesdays (July 3 to August 14) | 4:00 pm to 6:15 pm | Ayás Mén̓men (1B-380 Welch Street, West Vancouver) and various locations depending on activity
Meals will be provided. Transportation available by request.
