Elders aged 55+, living within or outside of the community, are invited to celebrate the launch of your improved Squamish Nation’s Elder’s Program on October 20, 2023 from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm at CJMC!
The day is an opportunity to bring Elders together to share the improved Elder’s Program Plan based on 1.5 years of input! There will be lunch, sharing back, a witnessing ceremony, optional cedar brushing, large door prizes, SWAG, childcare, and more!
Transportation will be provided for Members living on-reserve. Members living in the Greater Vancouver area will be reimbursed for a portion of their mileage after the event. Please let us know at eldersproject@squamish.net or 604-987-4646 if you can attend and if you require transportation support.
